Our services

Colostomy/ iliostomy care

Discreet ostomy support that protects skin health, comfort, and confidence.

Support that begins with the person

Our team supports residents with colostomy or ileostomy needs through respectful pouch care, skin observation, supply organization, and communication with ostomy clinicians.

Care is provided according to each resident’s established care plan and healthcare provider instructions. Our team helps maintain appropriate hygiene, monitors the stoma and surrounding skin for changes such as irritation, redness, swelling, or discomfort, and supports residents with their routine ostomy care needs.

We also help keep necessary supplies organized and available, while maintaining the resident’s privacy, dignity, and comfort throughout the process. Any significant changes or concerns are communicated promptly to the appropriate healthcare professionals so residents can continue receiving coordinated and consistent care.

Personalized around each resident

Services are selected and adapted through assessment, care planning, and ongoing communication.

Private, respectful ostomy care

Care is delivered without rush and with attention to the resident’s preferred routine. Skin changes, unusual output, pain, or recurring leakage are reported promptly.

Coordinated, never isolated

We welcome input from residents, families, clinicians, pharmacies, therapists, and community partners as appropriate to the care plan.

From first conversation to feeling at home

We keep the process clear, personal, and centered on the resident and family.
